Cancellation due to commercial use

We will terminate your contract on the date mentioned in the original mail due to commercial use of a tariff intended only for private customers.

It seems, that you use your plan commercially. The following indications could have let us to this supposition:

• Your connection or billing address refers to a company.
• You called lots of different phone numbers, mostly at working days during the normal working time.
• The caller display shows a phone number which is obviously related to a company.
• Phone numbers have been registered at different places. One or more of the registered devices are professional PBX or Clients.

Please remember to send your rented router back within one week after the expiration of the contract. Otherwise, we have to bill you the routers’ standard price of 189 Euro.
