Price adjustment due to higher advance costs

Thank you for using easybell. During the ordering process of your product, easybell is reliant on  suppliers. Unfortunately, our current supplier at your address will shut down the service in the next months.

Therefore we have to migrate your DSL line to a new supplier. That’s why it is not possible to offer your connection under the current conditions anymore. We have to adjust your basic fee on the date mentioned in the email. All other terms of your contract stay the same.

You don’t have to do anything to keep up the contract under the new conditions. If you don’t agree, you can answer back within four weeks. This would have meant, we have to cancel your contract to the date mentioned in the email.

In case you plan a switch to a new provider, we recommend you to do this as soon as possible, so we can make sure you’ll get a take over without any interruptions.

Of course, we hope you’ll decide for easybell.
