Switch of plan due to extraordinary usage

We’d like to inform you about the switch of your current plan to a new one. You can find all information about your new plan on our website.

You are using your flat rate in an extraordinary dimension. Therefore, you are far above the normal usage. We are not able to reproduce your usage pattern within your booked plan in an economical way.

At the same time, we won’t allow you to book a plan with a flat rate again. If you still do, we will retroactively charge the regular bills according to the use after knowing.

You don’t have to do anything to keep up the contract under the new conditions. If you don’t agree, you can answer back within six weeks. This would have meant, we have to cancel your contract the date mentioned in the email.

In case you plan a switch to a new provider, we recommend you to do this as soon as possible, so we can make sure you’ll get a take over without any interruptions.
