Many thanks for your order for the switching of your new tariff.

We send you this email, because there was a problem with your location information. We are dependent on the assistance of Deutsche Telekom for the activation of your connection. The latter rejected the circuit on the grounds that your location information was not clear or sufficient.

This means that your address information is incorrect or inaccurate. As a rule, there are several house connection boxes (APL) at your address and Telekom cannot assign your apartment.

Please contact your landlord to find out the correct house connection box so that we can send your order to Telekom again. Alternatively, you can also send us the following data for a switched Telekom connection.
