We have worked together with Deutsche Telekom to activate your connection. They have informed us that there are inconsistencies in your personal details.

Please check the information we have stored for you is correct and then provide us with feedback:

Line owner:
- First name: Please look in your email.
- Surname: Please look in your email.
- Company: Please look in your email.
If you have entered a company name then Deutsche Telekom will search for this first.

Line address:
- Street: Please look in your email.
- City: Please look in your email.

Location of the TAE socket:
- Please look in your email.

Please provide us with a date when you are available between 8 am and 1 pm to enable the technician to access your property and the junction box. We will once again submit the order to Deutsche Telekom. We require a notice of seven working days for this process.
