Please provide us with a date to activate your connection

Deutsche Telekom has informed us that you missed your scheduled appointment with the technician. If you were actually at home, then please check that your doorbell works and is labelled with the correct address.

If you are sure that the technician did not come to the appointment then please fill out a sworn statement – a template has been attached to this email. Please send us the signed document within the next 14 days. Otherwise we will have to charge you €48.79 (VAT included) for the next appointment in line with our general terms and conditions.

Note that the time specified on the sworn statement is 8 am to 1 pm. You may have already received our message that the technician wasn’t coming before 1 pm. If you were no longer at home afterwards, then please correct the time on the attached form.

Please provide us with a date when you are available between 8 am and 1 pm to enable the technician to access your property and the junction box. We will once again submit the order to Deutsche Telekom. We require a notice of seven working days for this process.
