There is no end line available for your address

Thank you for your order to activate a DSL connection.

The telecom technician couldn’t activate the DSL connection as the line between the junction box (network termination point) and your home is missing or faulty.

The property owner is responsible for the terminal line. Please notify them so the line can be repaired.

Important notice: easybell can only keep the current order active for 30 days. After 30 days, Deutsche Telekom will cancel the order and it will be necessary to place a new order. Therefore please let us know within the next 30 days.
