The activation of your DSL-line is currently not possible due to a lack of free lines

The detailed check of our carrier has shown that the desired product cannot currently be switched in your house because there are no free lines to your house / apartment.

One reason for this could be that your old ISP or the ISP of the previous tenant still occupies the connection. Please find out the exact termnation date and inform us of it.

If no provider occupies the line, we cannot offer you the desired access because there is a lack of lines on the route to the DSL port. We may be able to change the routing by using a different DSL technology for your order. You can check the available connection technologies on our website and give us a short feedback to adjust the order accordingly.

Please note: Our website only provides information about the general conditions of DSL availability at your address. The technical requirements, e.g. the line condition and availability on site, are checked exclusively when your order is placed. As a result, your order may be impossible even if our homepage shows you an availability. A change of the connection technology may change the monthly fees of your plan.

If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days, we will assume that you wish to cancel the order.
