Your fax line has been set up

Thank you for your order. Your customer number can you find in your email.

We need to verify your address before you can use your plan.

If you did not do this at the end of the order via the NECT app, we will send you a letter with a verification code, that you have to enter in the customer portal within the next ten days.

If you still have the thank you page of the order form open, you can opt for verification via NECT up to two hours after placing the order.

With successful NECT authentication, you can use the connection without waiting any longer. Note: NECT currently only works for natural persons and not for companies.To login to the customer portal, please use your customer number (which you can find in the email) and the password you selected when ordering.

Please note that it can take up to three days before it is possible to reach your fax number from all networks.

Incoming faxes will be forwarded to the email address provided during registration. If you want to change the email address, you can do this in the customer portal under Phone functions/Settings.

It is also possible to send faxes from the customer portal. To do this, go to the Phone functions/Send fax menu item.
