International Expansion Manager (all genders welcome)
Your responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with the management to implement the expansion strategy
- Building and scaling sales structures in new markets
- Developing and maintaining a partner network in target markets in cooperation with local staff and freelancers
- Prepare the market launch in additional countries
- Ensuring high-quality customer support in the respective local language
- Daily communication and coordination with teams and freelancers in various countries
- Monitoring and analyzing market development and success control
- Identifying and implementing optimization potentials
- Define and implement consistent sales processes and KPIs across all Easybell markets
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in international sales or business development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage (especially French or Spanish)
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style
